It’s been a long day, despite the fact I spent most of it sleeping. Today I went in for my 3rd procdure, with my fingers crossed that it finally makes me feel better! I had my gallbladder out in August, ended up back in the ER a month later needing to have an ERCP (and a 5 day
hospital stay), and now today was my 2nd ERCP (3rd gallbladder related procedure) to hopefully get the very last of the stones causing me pain. They don’t put you completely asleep for the procedure, but they pump you full of enough drugs to make you majorly drowsy for the whole day. I think it was about 7pm tonight before I felt like my head was clear.
I needed to stick with soft foods for most of the day so I had 3 Philly Swirl pops for lunch, and a pudding for “dessert” – exciting – I know
If you haven’t tried a Philly Swirl product – you are missing out! I love these things, and they are all low cal. These fudge-based pops have 57 calories a piece (odd number I know) – they are awesome!
For dinner I was allowed to have real food (since I kept down the soft stuff) – so I munched on a few crackers with some hummus while my mom was cooking…
And then for dinner, a yummy comfort food meal, Chicken Kelly with Delicious Potatoes and spinach! YUM!
That’s it for now – all the sleeping today has made me tired (sounds silly – I know), and I’m still pretty uncomfortable from having someone rooting around my insides (that sounds gross – sorry!) G’nite!

I’m glad your surgery went well! Gotta love any excuse when your allowed to consume three fudge pops! Those look amazing by the way, what are the different flavors?
