…as Winnie the Pooh might describe it.  The weather in Cleveland has been so gross the past two days!  Freezing rain/sleet and cold cold temperatures!  YUCK!  I’m not ready for that yet! 

Mike and I went up to the gym to do a 4 mile run right when I got home from work.  I’m not sure what it was with today, but it took me forever to get into my groove.  I don’t think I hit it until about 3.15 miles on the treadmill.   That being said – my total time was around 46 minutes, which is certainly not spectacular, but when I start to get down on myself for my time not being better than last time – I need to remember that two years ago – I could barely walk even a mile!

For dinner, I decided to go with a quick and easy sweet potato/black bean combo – keeping in the color scheme of Halloween!

This time – I topped it with: black beans (OBVIOUSLY), jalapenos, cheese, ketchup, Frank’s, and a few garbanzo beans just to be crazy!

And for a mid “watching House” snack – an apple and PB!
