I wanted to ease your mind about the egg whites in the oatmeal Here is what I replied to your comment:

Technically yes – but as long as they are liquid egg whites you’re ok. Did you know that you can even put those into smoothies raw? I would never do that, but keeping that in mind helps me feel better when I heat them up in oatmeal! If you think about it, it’s kind of the same as baking something with eggs in the oven?

You never actually had a piece of wedding cake on your wedding day? I think that would have been a huge must for me! But again I am a HUGE fan of dessert! The cake looks great!

Yeah for leftover wedding cake! I have never had Chicken Kelly, but it sure does look yummy!
