What a great weekend! Everything was pretty low key, but I had a great time!
Yesterday afternoon, Mike and I headed out to BJ’s Wholesale Club (I got a free 60 day membership card in the mail) – which was fun to do together, but I was disappointed in the selection. We ended up getting some of the staples (paper towels, detergent, etc) – but not too much food – which we all know – is my favorite part of a shopping trip.
For lunch – we stopped at Subway – and I ordered the a chicken sandwich. I only ate half – I love how filling Subway is!
Mike got an early Christmas present today – I ordered him a Justice League t-shirt and it got delivered today. Here he is modeling with Lando (notice – you can’t really even see the shirt!) – How cute are they both!?!?!
Then I stopped over at my Grandma’s house – she had all the little cousins over to bob for apples – it was too cute, but I wasn’t able to snap any pictures. My dinner consisted of picking at all the awesome appetizers my family always makes!
This morning – I was really craving a breakfast sandwich – so I used the last two eggs, and the last morning star sausage to make one! I used the laughing cow cheese we bought yesterday – a new flavor to me – French Onion – it was DELICIOUS!
Also, I had a few left over “chicken nuggets” from the night before. If you have never had these – you HAVE to try them. Even Mike thinks they are good!
Then today – my parents decided to drive down to Columbus to take my brother Matt out to lunch – and since it was such a gorgeous day, I went along for the ride!
We went to Winking Lizard – started out with some nachos – I had about 10 probably:
And I ended up getting the Buffalo Chicken Wrap – I ate half the sandwich, and half the fries (the leftovers were promptly eaten by Mike when I got home!)
And for dinner – Mike requested Wendy’s. I was in no mood to cook, so I didn’t put up a fight. I got the spicy chicken sandwich (seriously – I have a spicy/hot sauce addiction).
The sandwich was good – but it made my stomach hurt. We don’t have fast food all that often, and when we do, I’m typically sorry about it afterward. I think I need to go chug a big thing of water and lay down to try and get rid of this belly ache.
Hope you all had a great weekend!

Awh, I hope you feel better soon.
I wish we had that laughing cow where I live… I’ve only seen the regular one, and garlic… and they are pricey too.

I always spend way too much when I go to Costco… I don’t know if the membership was worth it. I feel like I’m spending way more than I ever would if I didn’t have the membership. It’s just that I’m compelled to buy random stuff. I got your comment about the challenge, good luck to you if you do try to do it!
