And I can't eblieve you paid! when I lived in tallahassee I used to go to the Aveda institute to get my hair done all the time and neverhad a problem. Two of my roommates did have a problem but theywere able to return and get someone else to correst it for free. When tehy brought the teacher over to asess it did you say anything then about how messed the experience was? You are a lot nicer then I would have been, thats for sure. I got my hair cut on Saturday too - she took 1 1/2 hours to cut and style it, but I liked the end result. Though at one point she took a clump of my hair, twisted it really tight and then took a sissors to every inch or so. I was kind of shocked, and she said she should have warned me!
