“Wuh-huh??” – you may be asking yourself…..OH – well let me explain! 
My freshman year (high school) biology teacher said to me on March 4, 1997:
Mrs. Hanley: OH! Allison – it’s your birthday! Did you know that you have a very special birthday – it’s the only command date of the year!
Me (in quiet scared freshman voice): Uh, I don’t think I did know that – what do you mean?
Mrs. Hanley: March 4th – it’s the only date in the calendar year that can also be taken as a command, as in “March Forth” – to walk forward.
Me: Heyyyyyyyyyyyyy – I LIKE THAT!
And to this day, I walk around telling everyone that so they remember my birthday! 
That’s my fun fact for the day! I woke up sick as a dog - and proceeded to pop a bunch of pills from our medicine cabinet in the hopes of making today better. I know there are two theories on how to deal with illness - my Husband doesn’t really like to take medicine unless ABSOLUTELY necessary, he’d rather feel better “naturally” and let the illness work itself out, and then there is my thought process on being sick: MEDICATE, MEDICATE, MEDICATE! 
I started off with my most favorite breakfast ever….
SPICY OATS! I also figured all the hot sauce would help get everything “flowin”!

Not only did I get birthday wishes on my Facebook wall - but I got them on my ACTUAL WALLS!

I’m only at work a half day – and then it’s off to get a manicure and a hair cut with my pretty mamacita! Have a great day!

I have to tell you a funny story! So yesterday at work I forgot my watch that has the date on it b/c I was in a rush. Well I always have the worst time remembering the date, and I have to write it on so many things at work. But, I had read your post before I left and couldn’t get the March Forth out of my head, so I didn’t have to keep asking everyone “what’s the date today” Made me think of you all day!
