How’s life treatin’ ya? I’ve got a lot to catch you up on, but I figured I’d start with the most enjoyable topic - CARB LOADING!
All day Friday I was stressing out about the race on Saturday – the only thing I wasn’t concerned about – was making sure I ate enough carbs – I had that totally under control.
I went with homemade whole wheat pizza, and Annie’s Shells!

Carb-a-riffic perfection!
I got all my running gear together, so as to avoid any excuse for conniption fits the next morning…

- shoes – check
- running outfit – check
- shotblox – check
- bib/d-tag – check
- ipod/headphones – check
- chaffing lotion – check
Nothing left to do but relax, and watch disc one of Season 2 of Twin Peaks!
