Hiya Piyas!

How’s the holiday weekend treating everyone?   Mine has been great, but super, insanely, busy!

Friday, after work – I went to hang out with my aunt and her friends Kelly and John (I seriously have a cool family).

Even Lando was invited, which was perfect! We hung outside drinking some fabulous summer beverages, while Lando got to play with two new pupper friends!

Wonderful, salty delicious spread – I’m a sucker for Tostitos “Hint of Lime”!Picture 001White wine spritzer with Sauv Blanc and Diet Sprite:Picture 002Lando, LOVIN’ the fenced in yard and new friends!  Picture 003Lando’s new friend, Ella – look at that sweet, sweet face!Picture 005I didn’t get a picture of the other dog, Monk, a beautiful black lab.  He was the “Grandpa” of the group, a little bit older, and very chill.  He let the two young ones run around like maniacs, while he just took it easy.  So adorable!

Kelly made me a speciality drink, with a special sort of rum (”John’s” something, I can’t remember, I should have taken a pic of the bottle!), and cream soda, with lime.  So amazingly refreshing and delicious!  I’ll definitely try making this the next night we decide on “fun drink”.  Picture 006After watching the awesome Cavs comeback/win – we went up to a bar, to celebrate my little brother Timmy turning 21 (we had to wait until midnight since his birthday was the 23rd).  We got a round of shots:Picture 008Had a few more drinks, and then headed home!  Here’s the birthday boy, with his girlfriend:Picture 007HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIMMY!!!!!!!!!!

A pretty low key night, but that was because we had plenty planned for Saturday.  More birthday recap to come!

Aw puppy dates are so much fun!! That “fun drink” sounds pretty good! Hope your bro had a great 21st!!

Ella is so cute. I like those tostitos with a lint of lime too. They taste like Corona too me. It’s probably not a good thing that I associate the taste of lime with beer!

Oo I like the sound of that white wine spritzer :)

Happy Birthday to your little bro!! I hope he had a good time!

I love those lime chips even though most people I know think they are disgusting and only buy them accidentally.

Seriously, Lando is just too freaking cute :)

I am a total sucker for the Tostitos with a hint of lime as well. They’re so good right?

GET OUTTA HERE!
I love Tostitos “TOL” as well.
I have been known to remove all the chips from the bag and eat the seasoned crumbs at the bottom.
True story!

[...] I ate the rest of my wrap right before I left work (but didn’t take a picture – it had gotten WAY gross looking) – then headed home to pick up Lando, because my aunt had invited us over to her friend Kelly’s, who lives just around the corner from me. (We’ve gone to hang out there before – here!) [...]
