The weekend’s almost here ya’ll – hang in there!
Remember how I’ve been talking and talking (god, do I ever shut up?!) about painting our bathroom?
Well last night I THOUGHT I was putting on the final coat…but the all the wood in the bathroom thought otherwise. Still more coats to go
In more exciting news – I did find all of the “BEFORE” pictures of our house. So once all of our summer projects are finished – I’ll show off what we’ve been working on! (so modest, I know!)
Food this week has been fairly lame and repetitive – but I’m happy to say – we are 1 day away from PAYDAY – and I haven’t spent any money this week! WOOOHOOO!
Breakfast was PB&J toast (Spicy Oats better watch out next week – I miss them, so I’m gonna be rockin’ ‘em hard!) (TWSS)

Lunch was the best kind ever – FREE!
I got invited to a company luncheon, where we got to learn more about our brands, and enjoy free, delicious food. Look at this monster piece of pizza!

I had another “1/5th” of this puppy for a snack:

I really just want to chow down on the whole thing – but the bar is like 500 calories!
Maybe I’ll do that after one of my long run days! MMMM, there’s an idea (and perhaps – the reason I run?! Just kidding!)
For dinner – I had to take it to the freezer/cupboard to see what I could scrounge up – and here’s the final product:

Pan seared Salmon, new potatoes, green beans and Uncle Ben’s 90 second Garden Veeggie rice:

Dinner was hot and ready – in 5 minutes! That’s my kinda meal!
My friend Kristin sent me this link today – and I thought I would share – 101 Best Running Tips! I’m sure some of you have seen this before, but if you are anything like me, I always appreciate a “refrehser course” every now and again!
A HUGE, HUGE, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO GAVE ME IPOD PROBLEM FEEDBACK! Mike was working on it this morning – and as of right now – I think everything is fixed! WOOOOHOOOO!

So glad you got the Ipod problem fixed! Losing music is the WORST so I’m happy to hear you don’t have to go through that! Oh and always remember your blog makes me homesick for Cleveland so if mine makes you jealous of New Yorkers, we should be even! LOL

PBJ is a very respectable choice
I love that stuff! Your new potatoes, green beans, and Uncle Ben’s reminds me of dinners my mom makes. See where I get my mad love for slaving in the kitchen all day from (/sarcasm)
That is a delicious dinner though!

Mmm I love free food! It’s the best kind! When I was in High School, my economics teacher used to say “there’s no such thing as free lunch” every day! Your post reminded me of that! lol

Your dinner looks great and very healthy!
Love free food. I used to work at a big law firm and we got free lunches all the time – I gained lots of weight, but it did taste good.

OMG… Your “scrounged” meal actually looks incredible!! Will you come look in my pantry and create a masterpiece like that?? When I’m scrounging my family usually ends up getting cold cereal!
