In honor of Green Dog Wine turning 1 – I thought I would “grace” you with my first ever…VIDEO!

A few things to note:

It was my first video!!!
Lando was supposed to be in the video, but instead started whining at the door, so I had to let her out!
If the video starts freezing – pause it for a minute – some of the faces I’m making when it freezes are scary!

HELL YES FOR GREEN DOG WINE LIVE!!

**Something I’ve learned from GDW = How to just love life and have fun; and how great of a real-life friend you are

I have learned that hot sauce is not the emeny. I was afraid to try it because of it’s hotness, but because you loved it so much and put it on everything I figuered it couldn’t be that bad. Now I am in love with all things hot and spicy, I kid you not. If it doesn’t set off a fire in my mouth it’s not hot enough.

You have the best accent!!

I just started reading your blog, but I learned it started on September 23rd, 2008

i have learned:
1. trick ‘em mac and cheese is amazing (esp if topped with FRANKS!).

OHHH what a cute video!! I love actually hearing people talk, it’s so funny cause I hear you in my head. I have learned a lot from you over the last few months that I”ve been reading…really the biggest thing to me is that you can live a happy joyful life that is healthy without being “worried” about food!

The food scale is something I have been needing/wanting for literally FOREVER. This is seriously the most impact-ful prize ever and really speaks to your motto to promote healthy living! From Green Dog Wine, I have learned that is is possible to eat oats SAVORY every morning and make them look like boobs to brighten up your day anytime! hahaha I also love that you love spicy food….and you give me ideas of how to “spice” up my food combinations AND what new products to try!

Gosh, i would love popchips. I’ve only tried 2, but salt and pepper is my favorite!!! Or maybe BBQ.
