I can attest to how yummy potato pancakes are! I love the idea of using leftover pie as a topping for oatmeal, I’m definitely going to try it, dessert for breakfast sounds great.

Leftovers are the best! I love turkey sandwiches with stuffing and cranberry sauce! Mmm.

Mashed potato pancakes and apple pie oat topping? Great ideas!! There’s a chain called Roly Poly (there’s one in Mentor but I don’t know how close that is to you) that makes a stuffing roll up. It has the usual veggies and cheese but it includes cornbread stuffing – it’s so carby and delicious!

I make “Thanksgiving in a Bowl” all weekend long! We cannot get enough-we don’t want the leftovers turned into something else! We only get this yearly. I layer everything that’s left in a 9X13 pan-mashed potatoes, turkey, corn, lots of gravy, stuffing on top, & bake till heated thru. We eat this for every meal in our pajamas watching movies all day Friday & Saturday. Actually, I think they like it better than the actual dinner.

Great post! we always have sooo many leftovers and not enough ideas with what to do! I think I’ll be putting cranberry sauce in my oatmeal

I LOVE all of these ideas!! We actually have leftover mashed potatoes right now, so I am going to have to try those pancakes out!! Ooooh, and pecan pie oatmeal?!!!! Mmmm!
