Lando has always been a cuddle-bug dog.   I’m not sure what it is – but since we’ve gotten home, she’s been even more cuddly (which I definitely didn’t think was possible) – she can’t be more than 6 inches away from me!

I worked from home for an hour yesterday morning because I had an eye appointment – and after multiple positions – she decided this was best, because she could touch me AND watch me! 

She is just so darn loveable!  After laying there for a while – she decided she couldn’t stand to ‘be so far away from me’ so she really got up in my business:

1 – I love her face.  She looks like a drunk old man saying “Leave me the hell alone, ya damn whippersnapper” (Where did I come up with that???)

2 – Pay no attention to the frightening looking woman behind the dog.

Once I finally got into the office – it was around 10, which is late for breakfast – but I didn’t care!  I’m fine with food at all hours of the day! I got creative, and made a meal out of the Udi’s Nuggets the fabulous Miss Dottie had sent me, and some Naturally More PB!

This was perfect – because it was quick, easy, and FILLING!

Lunch was one of the best dang salads I’ve made in a while!

Romaine, topped with baked tofu, banana peppers, parmesan, pickles!!, hummus, and balsamic!

I swear those pickles made all the difference in the world!!!    No nubs, of course!

See this hummus?  It was 99 cents at the new Marc’s in Kamm’s Corner!  Clevelanders – GO NOW!

For a snack – I had my first orange of the winter – which I’m always nervous to do!  I’m afraid I’m starting to eat them too early and they are going to taste gross! 

But this one didn’t disappoint!  Juicy, ripe, IN SEASON, and delicious! :grin;

I also broke into more of my Dottie stash, and made myself a cup of:

Okay.  So we need to talk.

Remember how I THOUGHT I loved Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride? Well I lied.  Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride was just using me to get an “A” on the math test.  What I’ve got with Nutcracker Sweet – now THAT is true love! 

Seriously though – Imagine a Soft Batch Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.  Nutcracker Sweet tastes EXACTLY like that, just in liquid form!

Oh Celestial Seasonings – you can do no wrong in my eyes!

When I got home from work – I needed a quick dinner because I had volleyball last night.  I was seriously considering a bowl of cereal for dinner, when I remembered:

Some crazy new FlatOut thing!  (FlatOut Artisan FoldIt Flatbreads to be exact!)

I had a coupon – and I though they looked interesting, so I figured, why not?!

I was really pretty proud of how my creation turned out:

On the sandwich: turkey, laughing cow , sun-dried tomatoes, sweet onion, lettuce &  banana peppers:

Served with a side of baked tofu, and some Claussen pickles…

…makes one perfect dinner!

I think I’m gonna hit the sack now.  I am definitely coming down with something (almost called off work today),  and as the day goes on – I feel worse, and worse, and worse.
