Happy December!
Who’s glad that November is over?!?! Really – I’m not happy, I love the Thanksgiving holiday – but I am glad the Thanksgiving Challenge is over! 
First of all – I want to thank the wonderful Emily from Eatventures for putting us all to the challenge again this year! Thank you!

(If you are throwing me be a bone, and pretending like all my excuses (like eating out a ton, and not counting anything from San Fran) are valid…)

I only went over by $6.24!!! (all excuses aside, of course!)
Now – if we cut out all the excuses I’ve been throwing at you – we didn’t do THAT well. We really have been eating out a ton lately – and that needs to stop, both for our bank account, as well as our waistline.
Also – we would have never been able to come in at $106.24 if I hadn’t been in San Fran for 4 days, and we weren’t in Mexico over the holiday weekend. Just not possible.
So how about we call it a day and say – this challenge was a…successful failure?!?! 
What the next challenge up on the block? I need to get my excuses ready…

Your probably did way better than you would have fared if the challenge didn’t exist so good for that!

Nice work! I really have a tough time controlling my spending at the food store. I should totally try doing better. Way to rock it! I think all of your excuses are valid
