Do you ever feel like you are being watched? This picture cracks me up & freaks me out at the same time. I came home to 2 cute doggies waiting for me in the window, but in the picture they look like creepy little monsters! Just had to share, sorry for the millionth doggie picture of the week!

Another fun grocery store discovery I made this weekend was smaller “snack” size portions of Oikos yogurt! What a great idea right? 1.6PNS 016 Only problem yesterday was – I wanted it for breakfast – and 90 calories worth of yogurt wasn’t gonna cut it! So I brought 2 and made one monster portion. Much better!

Lunch: 1 tupperware, 3 sections: 1.6PNS 019 1/4 pickles, 1/4 carrots/peppers, 1/2 salad – PERFECT MIXTURE to keep me happy!

Oh yeah – and this kept me REALLY happy too! 1.6PNS 020 Has anyone else had the Supremely Spicy flavor?!?! It’s wonderful! It has a ton of bite, which I LOVE, and it makes me less inclined to eat the entire container in one sitting. Which I could easily do with Sabra!

Last night – I came home tired, but ready to eat, so I wanted a fast, tasty dinner – that wasn’t drive thru! Lucky for me – I had one of these suckers in the fridge: Picture credit to this pretty lady: Emily

I love Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Pizza Dough! It’s so easy – I promise, there is NO WAY YOU CAN MESS IT UP!

After making pizzas with this rough a trillion times (yes, a trillion) – I’ve got it down to a science!

I like to stretch out the dough, and fill the pizza pan with it, completely un-topped, (naked! ) – and then put it into the oven to bake for 10 minutes while I chop up all the veggies! 1.6DSLR 013 When the dough comes out after 10 minutes – it should look like this: 1.6DSLR 011 I know I said put the dough in naked – but I should mention – I put all the spices on so that it can soak into the dough! I use:

Italian Seasoning
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Crushed Red Pepper – LOTS OF IT!

After you’ve pre-cooked the dough – top it with sauce – and then toppings. I’m DEFINITELY a toppings under the cheese sort of gal! 1.6DSLR 019 Cheese last: 1.6DSLR 020 I typically use “Fancy Shredded” because I like the way it melts, but all I had was regular – and it turns out Mike liked this A LOT better – who knew?! 1.6DSLR 025 Pizza Perfection – in under 20 minutes! Doesn’t get better than that!

That pizza looks amazing. (And of course I don’t mind if you steal a picture – steal away!) Oooh, makes me wish I had some for dinner tonight.

Spicy hummus?? What?! I am going to have to look for that – and you know I love my pizza – yours looks great!

Sabra spicy hummus is a staple in my house! Had some today in fact! Acutally, anything spicy is a staple in my house I know you understand!

LOL to that picture!! hahaha they look soo creepy! Is that just TJ’s normal refridgerated pizza dough? It’s in a different wrapper than I’ve ever seen it!

I agree – love that dough and have some in my freezer right now.

I love my toppings under the cheese too! So much easier to eat and there is less of a chance of something falling off!

I love TJ’s WW pizza dough!! It is definitely the BEST in my opinion!

I love that hummus flavor!

I love the mini oikos for when you don’t really want the yogurt but want the topper. But when you actually want yogurt, they’re a little pathetic

What grocery store did you find the baby Oikos at? I haven’t seen them yet!

We eat the supremely spicy hummus all the f’n time. It’s my favorite.

TJ’s Whole Wheat dough is my absolute favorite. It comes out perfect every single time.

I have a few things to say
1. That picture is funny! Love the monster-like glowing eyes of BOTH doggies!!
2. I must try this Sabra Hummus! Everyone is eating it!

I’ve had that hummus, it’s SO GOOD. Have you tried the Chipotle flavor? It’s out of this world!

I love t make my own pizza dough, but TJs dough is pretty delish!

I love those little Oikos! (except for when I buy them from Walmart & two days later, the tops are all puffy and they look like cottage cheese…it turned out okay though, because those ones were honey & I exchanged for strawberry – my fave!)

yummm, i love spicy hummus! i used to be able to get a super hot one when i lived in canada but haven’t been able to find something similar since i came back to the states. i will have to look out for that!

I think it is Joseph’s hummus that also has a 40 spices hummus. Really good!

I love the pictures of the puppies. Creepy, but cute. I love having animals waiting for me when I come home.

!!! Supremely spicy is one of my top two faves! It’s tied with Jalapeno – omg. AMAZING. I recently grabbed a container of the Caramelized Onion…um, YUM

This post made my year. I always buy the TJs whole wheat pizza dough and I curse it every time. I never thought of prebaking it a little bit before – genius! My question is, do you have trouble rolling it out? I find it so sticky that I end up with a lopsided, uneven pizza.
