Reuben Dip!

I promised a few people this MONTHS ago (sorry Andrea!!) – and now that I finally made it myself last night – I can share it with you! :)

Ingredients:   1.1uploaddslr 008

You’ll need:

  • The entire package of shredded swiss cheese
  • The entire can of sauerkraut
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • The entire package of corned beef

Begin by chopping up the corn beef & sauerkraut, all while making sure that the hired help remains happy.

Final product should look like this! 1.1uploaddslr 043Nice crisped up corn beef on top, with nicely brown, gooey delicious cheese!1.1uploaddslr 045Serve with rye bread slices, wheat thins (or any other crackers), tortilla chips, carrots, or really anything you can dream up!
