I promised a few people this MONTHS ago (sorry Andrea!!) – and now that I finally made it myself last night – I can share it with you!
You’ll need:
- The entire package of shredded swiss cheese
- The entire can of sauerkraut
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- The entire package of corned beef
Begin by chopping up the corn beef & sauerkraut, all while making sure that the hired help remains happy.
After the corned beef and sauerkraut have been chopped – add the cheese, mustard, and mayo to mixing bowl, and mix well!
Put mixture in Pyrex baking dish (round is preferable for presentation, but I only had square) and bake in over for 25 minutes on 350.
Drink wine while waiting for tasty dip to be finished. Sauvignon Blanc works best, in my opinion.
Final product should look like this!
Nice crisped up corn beef on top, with nicely brown, gooey delicious cheese!
Serve with rye bread slices, wheat thins (or any other crackers), tortilla chips, carrots, or really anything you can dream up!
