Sunday – I made breakfast for everyone – EGGS & PANCAKES! (and a little bit of last night’s chicken also snuck on to my plate!)
And after breakfast, there was some cable watching for the adults (I do love cable, yes I miss it, but I REFUSE to spend the money on it), and some lounging/dog life for the pups:
I love this picture my Dad got of Harvey, doesn’t she just look precious?
The drive home wasn’t so great though – check out that fog:
That whole “hour long drive home in a thick fog” really made me work up an appetite!
So I broke into the quickest/easiest thing I could find in our house:
TJ’s Thai Vegetable Gyoza, served over rice (more leftovers from the night before!)
This was my first time trying the all vegetable gyoza – and I must say – they are DELISH! I think that package will become a regular on my TJ’s shopping list!
After loungin around and enjoying our Sunday – Mike and I both realized we were starving, and wanted NOTHING that was in our house. After a round or two of “You pick 4, I’ll narrow it down…” – we chose BW’s!
I got the grilled chicken sandwich, with my all time favorite wing sauce: SPICY GARLIC! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!
You know how I mentioned I didn’t eat any of those cupcakes?
Well – I think my dormant inner sweet tooth, really had a problem with that, because last night – ALL I wanted was anything CHOCOLATELY, ICE CREAMY, BAKED GOODY, YOU NAME IT!
But since I never keep anything like that in the house – it was slim pickins. I finally came up with this:
Chocolate Dipping Sauce (melted chocolate chips) and an orange. A KINDA healthy way to satisfy a very naughty craving!

Ooooo I forgot TJ even sold those! I need to grab some before I’m back on campus
And oranges with chocolate on them are such a better option than dark chocolate orange chocolate bars(what I would have gone for)

I hear ya on the cable!! My comcast high speed internet is like, $45 a month or something but it’d be $90/month to add basic cable and I just can’t justify the price. It’s insane!
The gyoza and choc + orange look so good!

That is a frame-worthy Harvey picture!
I love the orange and chocolate idea…but I’m afraid that wouldn’t hit a cupcake craving for me. I love frosting!

I considered getting those TJ’s goyza on my trip there the other day but didn’t. Now I know what to add to my list when I go back!
