I’m not sure what my deal has been this week – but I’ve been SO hungry. Like – did could eat all day and not feel full hungry.
Breakfast was PB&J toast (I really want oatmeal, but I just haven’t been able to find time the past 2 weeks!
)
The rest of my food at work makes me look like a crazy person. Or at least – I think I’m a crazy person looking at the next 4 pictures!
Lunch – Salad:
with a side of pickles:
with a side of grapefruit(??):
Followed up later in the afternoon with some Buffalo Wing pretzels: (I want to MARRY the person that invented these!!)
After work – I did a 3 mile run outside with Kristin, and came home HUNGRY. (But really – I was hungry all day, so it’s not like anything had changed!)
For dinner I really wanted something that would be ready in 10 minutes – I didn’t have the energy for anything more! Therefore…
His & Her’s Flat Out Pizzas:
I’ll give you one guess as to which is mine and which is Mike’s!
My sauce was the caramelized onions I made the night before, topped with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, feta and mozzarella:
Absolute AWESOMENESS:
and really really filling!!! (I LOVE big portions, so I was worried this wouldn’t fill me up, but it did!)
and dessert (because I was craving something sweet, and it was either an apple, or go out for ice cream
):
with some soupy PB2:
Perfection!
So – did anyone watch LOST last night?? I haven’t watched it since Season 2 – but I TOTALLY got sucked in to the premiere last night! I feel like so much has gone on with the show (I mean – I did miss 3 seasons, right??), but I still thought I followed along pretty well last night. Did you watch it?? Did you like it??

I have been wondering if my new weight lifting routine is the cause of my hunger?

I think you need to make time for oatmeal if only so that I can see what crazy, spicy concoction you create

As I told you, I don’t think your lunch looks odd at all! I can house some pickles! Deliciousness. Love the pizzas! Yours looks AMAZING. We are big artichoke fans. We DVR’d lost because Josh had a basketball game- I cannot WAIT to watch it tonight, <3 lost

does it require those 4 pictures to make you realize you’re a crazy person? Just Sayin!
my family likes flat out breakfast pizza!
i have never seen an episode of LOST… and usually that would bother me with a show so popular. i feel like i have to be in the “know”… but for some reason i have never had any desire to get in the LOST loop!?!?!

I have been catching bits and pieces of Lost the last couple of seasons. My gf is loves the show. She asked me last night if I would watch the premiere with her, and I think I got sucked into it to. I fell asleep before the end…so I need to catch up tonight. Those writers are amazing!

Love how your pizza looks…and you do love salads huh? You eat lots of that I noticed. I think your bread with jam looks better than the salad LOL! Maybe that’s cos I am not a salad person.

That is actually a pomelo! They’re my favorite out of the grapefruit family! They are surprisingly juicy and sweet if you pick the ones with bright yellow skins! Those pizzas look absolutely delicious! I’m definitely coveting those right now! I’m a sucker for carmalized onions! *mouth watering*

That’s exactly how out His & Hers pizzas look.
I love LOST! I have the premiere dvr’ed and ready to be watched on Friday night! I would be so lost (no pun intended!) if I hadn’t seen the previous seasons. My advise is to get the seasons on DVD. So good!

I love flat outs – I have been out for ages though!
Not a fan of Lost, we never got into it – but I had so much on my DVR – American Idol, Man v. Food Live event, Modern Family AND a Throw Down with Bobby Flay – it was BizTV!
