I had to share this with you. This is the email I got from my Dad today (seriously – in it’s entirety – this is the email)

It cracked me up for multiple reasons but the main two were:

1 – I love my Dad, he’s such a goof and he always makes me laugh!

2 – I know a good handful of people who are blognorant!

My breakfast on the go yesterday:

Was brought to you by this new treat I love:   (Cracked Black Pepper?!?!  It’s to die for!)

and my Nance’s mustard that I’m obsessed with!  (Oh yeah, and some eggs and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese!)

My lunch started out looking like this:

But honestly – the idea of the salad above wasn’t cuttin’ it for me.

So I ate all the grape tomatoes and cucumbers off the top, cut up my apple, and found my secret Poppyseed dressing stash that I keep at work!

Much better!

Plus a peach for an afternoon snack.  I can’t remember the last time I had a peach – but this was DELICIOUS! (aside from the bizarre heartburn it gave me an hour later – does that ever happen to anyone else?)

When I got home from work, I already had my dinner game plan ready in my head!

Broccoli florets, turkey sausage, and shirataki noodles:

I defrosted the broccoli in the microwave while the sausage started cooking on the stove – and then eventually threw it all in the pan to finishing warming through:

I forgot how much I adore shirataki noodles! (after the “authentic smell” has been thoroughly washed off, of course! )

I threw it all in a bowl, but decided that wasn’t going to cut it…

…then added the last of my jar of Mid’s to the mix!

Perfection!  And only about 250-300 calories!  I can get behind a pasta dinner like that!

Do you know anyone who is blognorant? 

My immediate family & friends totally get it, but people like my Aunts & Uncles have a hard time wrapping their head around this crazy thing I do!

I just decided I had enough of it being long – and that it needed to go! 

It also “just so happened” to coincide with me giving up the Traverse (more tears on that later ) and filming a quick segment about Chevy Girls on the Go program for the local news!

For me – keyless entry.  I’m a nutzo about locking the car, so having the keyfob that allows me to hit “lock” like 12 times, feeds my OCD gives me so much piece of mind!

I’ve gotta be honest – I’m in way over my head this week, I just have way too much going on. 

So that’s the bad news – no regular post today. 

But there are 2 pieces of good news!
