Think I’m kidding about not feeling well?   Here’s the proof:

So instead of being able to post all about food (mmmm, I love food) – I need to keep you entertained by telling you secrets

So back to the original question – you wanna know a secret?  Here goes!

I’ve always been a huge car geek.

Huge.

Seriously.

Before I got my license – If it was just me and my parents in the car – I’d sit in the passenger seat and look at other cars and call out what make & model they were. 

If my brothers were in the car – we played “Grand Am”.

What is “Grand Am” you may ask?  It’s a game we made up where we’d watch all the cars and yell out “Grand Am” if we saw one. (Think “punch buggy” sans hitting) Not sure what the actual prize was – maybe just bragging rights – but the first one to yell it when a Grand Am was spotted – won!

My first year home from college – while all my friends were babysitters or nannies – I was a valet.

Get my drift?

So why tell you this secret today?    This is why:

I was asked to be part of Chevy’s Girls on the Go campaign, and I seriously could not be any more pumped!

They picked the perfect car-geeked-out-food-blogger, in my opinion!

My Traverse got dropped off on Thursday night and I’m already DREADING the day I have to return it!
