I FINALLY updated this with my 2010 running goals! The plan below is based off of one of Hal Higdon’s plans!
Currently I have my sights set on the 2010 Cleveland Marathon!
I will be following the same training program I attempted for the Columbus Nationwide Marathon!
All weekly breakouts go Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday (in miles)
Week 1 (starting 1/12) : 3/3/3/5
Week 2 (starting 1/19): 3/3/3/6
Week 3 (starting 1/25): 3/4/3/7
Week 4 (starting 2/1): 3/4/3/8
Week 5 (starting 2/8): 3/5/3/9
Week 6 (starting 2/15): 3/5/3/7
Week 7 (starting 2/22): 3/6/3/12
Week 8 (starting 3/1): 3/6/3/13
Week 9 (starting 3/8): 3/7/4/10
Week 10 (starting 3/15): 3/7/4/15
Week 11 (starting 3/22): 4/8/4/16
Week 12 (starting 3/29): 4/8/5/12
Week 13 (starting 4/5): 4/9/5/14
Week 14 (starting 4/12): 5/9/5/18
